I’m sending you this message to let you know about a valuable new resource we’re making available to the sports parents in our school, including you! Champions 101 is an online sports performance and leadership program built to help athletes, coaches, and parents get the most out of their athletic experience. The truth is, our kids’ time in sports should be one of the most fun and most meaningful experiences of their lives. It has so much to offer for those who take advantage of it. Champions 101 was built to help you do just that.

As a parent, you play an important role in helping your child navigate this sports journey and in helping our teams and programs create a winning culture. Just as we ask our kids to keep learning, growing, and improving in order to become their best, each of us is responsible for learning, growing, and improving, too. For this reason, I hope you’ll take advantage of the resources the training system provides. You have free access to the online library of Champions 101 courses and materials. All you have to do is create your personal account. Simply click the Champions 101 icon located on our athletic website to get started. Some of the available lessons include:
